- carefully follows safety and fire prevention sectors, above all, the specific certificates and the arrangement of the evacuation plans;
- develops energy saving interventions in the residential, industrial and service sectors;
suggests building, plant engineering and structural improvements; estimates necessary investments and possible loans, in particular concerning the new standards of bioclimatology design.
Energy certificates, required by the present regulations, will be also supplied by CADAUTA ENGINEERING; - offers itself as the sole partner to coordinate the different experts, carrying out the building and plant engineering process;
- provides customer with suggestions of the specific activity lay-out in the industrial sector, to improve the business management through supervision systems and the centralized control of the technical data;
- supplies customer with proposals for interior and outside furnishings in the residential and service field, in particular concerning domotics;.
